Announcements| MS SQL Server IP Changes - [01/26/06] | |

1. Move Primary DNS server to its own dedicated server and
setup a Secondary DNS server on another server for added redundancy
Service impact - Will be transparent 2. SQL server will be moved to its own dedicated server for better performance Service impact - MSSQL server/HELM will be down for about 30-60 minutes All users will need to update their SQL connection strings to use the IP: 72.18.136.133 AFTER we do the migration. Port forwarding software will be installed so both current and new IP will be working during transition period 3. HELM will be moved to its own dedicated server Service impact - HELM will be down for about 10 minutes 4. Mailenable mail server will be replaced with much better mail server, Smartermail. And Smartermail will be installed on its own dedicated server. Service impact - Mailserver will be down for 1-2 hours during the conversion process. But incoming email will not be lost. Additionally, any mail stored on the server will be converted after customers are moved to Smartermail. The mail conversion process may potentially take up to a few days. |

| Name Server Changes - [10/28/05] | |

Only impacts Windows 2003 Server Hosting Accounts Monday, October 31, 2005: We will remove the old IPs from the server and any references to the old IPs in the server's configuration. WARNING: At this point, if you have not updated your name servers with the new IPs and informed any customers running their own DNS to update their IPs, your sites will go down. The new IP Scheme is given below: Control Panel Login URL : http://72.18.136.169/ Name Servers : OLD IPs NEW IPs 216.7.186.181 72.18.136.170 (ns3.arthaintl.com) 216.7.186.182 72.18.136.171 (ns4.arthaintl.com) MS SQL server: 72.18.136.159 Mail server: 72.18.136.152 FTP Server: 72.18.136.154 For more information please login to your control panel and you will find all the necessary IPs in its related category. our current customers to change their name servers in their domain name
record. The new name servers are as follows :
